| Pine Valley is an unincorporated community in San Diego County, California, United States. Pine Valley is named for the locally unique stand of Jeffrey pine (Pinus jeffreyi) found along Pine Valley Creek, a seasonal drainage in the foothills of the Laguna Mountains in central San Diego County. Pine Valley has a total area of 18.3 km² (7.1 mi²), all land. Average annual precipitation is 23.7 inches (51.9 cm), and winter storms occasionally deliver a dusting of snow. |
